Presentation: Natural Wine Il Baratto is the name of an ancient vineyard, planted in a hilly area with a high slope and terraced parts exposed to the south-west. Pale clear straw yellow color, delicate fruity aromas of apple, wild flowers (chamomile), balsamic of Mediterranean herbs and minerals of hydrocarbons that are perceived after at least a year in the bottle, savoury and balanced taste. Obtained from grapes that are pressed on a vertical press with whole bunches. Fermentation without temperature control in small stainless steel tanks for 2-3 weeks.
The company: Fattoria Mani di Luna was founded in Torgiano in 2012 by three friends: Alessandro, Rocco and Simone, with the aim of redeveloping the company by converting it to organic and biodynamic agriculture methods. The farm follows the lunar cycles associated with the movements of the constellations and through manual and artisanal processes tries to obtain natural products of high nutritional and energetic value while respecting the plants and the environment.
