Description

Presentation: the basic white wine from Annesanti has a beautiful straw yellow tending towards gold, also thanks to the light maceration on the skins on which part of the grapes is left. On the nose it is fresh, with fruity and stone hints. On the palate it is dry, with a flavor that balances the fruitiness well. Recommended pairings: seafood appetizers, fresh cheeses, white meats The company: the small winery was born from the will of the young Francesco Annesanti who, in the heart of Valnerina, a few kilometers from the Marmore Falls, starting from the few hectares of his grandfather's vineyards, began to experiment with the modern feasibility of his ancestors' winemaking techniques, looking with interest at the principles of biodynamics. The company extends over about twenty hectares in total, including olive groves, arable land and vineyards, with some animals raised to close the circle of the company's self-sufficiency.
